Before you send the beans

When will it arrive?

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your beans ship. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Your $5 total includes tracked U.S. shipping and any applicable tax.

Why only $5?

We’re introducing Send Beans with a $5 launch offer. You get the real can, your handwritten message, our gift box, and tracked U.S. shipping.

Are the beans sealed?

Yes. Every order includes one unopened, factory-sealed 15 oz can. Personalization is added without opening the can or covering required food information.

Is the message really handwritten?

Yes. A real person handwrites your message and signature using the wording you submit, including capitalization and punctuation. Your message is permanently attached to the can. The preview confirms the wording; handwriting and line breaks will vary slightly.

Can I send it anonymously?

Yes. Select ‘Send anonymously’ and no sender name or signature will appear beneath the message.

What happens if the package is damaged or lost?

Contact info@sendbeans.fun with your order reference. If a tracked U.S. shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund it.

Can I choose the bean variety?

Not currently. We use one consistent 15 oz can so every order delivers the same experience.

What messages are prohibited?

Do not send threats, discriminatory language, sexual harassment, doxxing, or other abusive content. We may refuse or cancel an order that violates this policy and refund the payment if it has already been captured.
