Privacy

There are no customer accounts, wish lists, or marketing profiles in this version. We collect only what is needed to take payment, print the note, and ship one package.

Stripe Checkout collects the buyer's email, payment details, and the recipient's U.S. shipping address. Payment card data stays with Stripe.

After payment, we store the order reference, the note, signature choice, timing choice, and fulfillment status so we can pack the order. We do not put the note, name, email, or address into analytics events. A visit is one stretch of activity, remembered with a random cookie that lasts 30 minutes after the last navigation, click, typing, or scrolling. Leaving a tab open does not extend it. Opening /send uses that same timeout. The cookies are not tied to a name, email, or payment.

Transactional email is sent to the buyer (order confirmation and later tracking) and to the operator (fulfillment). Support requests sent to info@sendbeans.fun are read by people fulfilling orders.
